Our company requires a "Social Media Manager" with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. With exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø
Running company social media advertising campaigns.
Ø
Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
Ø
Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
Ø
Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
Ø
Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
Ø
Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
Ø
Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
Ø
Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
Ø
Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
Ø
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular

social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest,Instagram YouTube and LinkedIn.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Ø
3-5 years of social media management experience
Ø
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Ø
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
Ø
strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
Ø
Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
