AMC is hiring for Telecaller with
min 1 year of experience

Responsibilities:


  • Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and clients
  • Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases
  • Gather and document sales data, such as meetings and appointments, in CRM, including details of visitors and customers
  • Prepare and execute proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Analyze, report, and communicate sales trends, customer patterns, and competitor activity
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skill Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
  • Strong business telephone and customer service skills
  • Should be multilingual(Tamil, English & Telugu is must) Hindi, Kannada (Added advantage)
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed client/customer expectations

Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
