Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Duties:
- Must keep all the accounts related documents uptodate.
- Collections
- Follow up for payments on timely basis
- Bank work
- Deposit / withdrawals of cash & related
- Maintain and Manage Petty Cash
- Prepare vouchers
Administrative Duties:
- Inventory management: maintain fixed assets register and IT register
- Purchase management
- Vendor Managementidentify vendors for various requirements
Must keep a MIS of all vendors and 3 quotations before finalizing of a vendor
- Maintain copies of contracts for Centre
- Outside duty
Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
