**Job Description
Area of Responsibility

Develop design documents, based on the functional specification and requirements in concise manner in a Scrum sprint to deploy Manufacturing solution for the automotive business.

Liase with Manfua cturing Business to capture As-Is Process and map it to DELMIA OOTB capabilities by considering DS Best Practices
One of the initi al main responsibilities of this resource be will be participating in workshops with the Scrum team and leading the workshops topics related to Manufacturing and DELMIA 2023x
Work with Department & DS Architects for solution review and solution approvals
Do a fit-Gap analyse and propose Ways of working to reduce the GAP to find a workable process
Work with Technical developers to define Solutions to support business process and any optimisation by proposing automation
Invole in end to end solution testing and any u nit testing to validate functionality planned to be deployed to business users
You will perform some training sessions for the key -users and advanced users.
Job requires the ability to work well with others on a team as well as independently.
Involve in fixi ng bugs on the existing deployed 3DExperence Based solutions.
Support other team member in resolving high priority support tickets.
Responsible to estimate the stories from the backlog and break them into relevant tasks.
Participate in scrum ceromonies e.g. Sprint planning, review, retrospective, stand-up.
Setup session with the customer to demonstrate the capability built as a part of sprints.
Generate build documentation including Unit Test plan, development notes, deployment notes, release notes, verificatio n notes for the solution developed
Liase with PLM Environment for deploying any solution as a part of release to QA and Production environment.
Perform Unit testing of the developed solution.
Capture any requirements for any enhancement or missing elements d uring the transition of upgrade. Liaise with DS Team to raise SR, Creation and validation of PER/PES.Knowledge / Experience

  • 12 years of Functional and development experience in DS suite of products (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA). Version 2017x 2023x
Experien ce with DELMIA Process planning for developing custom solutions
Experience in the MBOM and BOP implementation on DELMIA (Manufactu ring Item, Process planner and Work Instructions)
Experience in Configuration management (variant, effectivity, Change management, '¦)
Good functional knowledge in Enterprise Modules of 3DExperience.
DELMIA 3DExperience (V6) Subject matter Expert to define so lution for MBOM, Manufacturing Item, Process Planning, Work Instructions and Manufacturing simulation
Having knowledge in EKL lang uage added advantage
T&F, BIW, Powertrain Manufacturing industry experience
Good working konwledge with tools (GitLab, TFS, Clea r Case, SVN) and ALM tools like JIRA.
Must have excellent debugging and problem solving skills.
Good communication skills are n eeded both verbally and written, to Interact with peers and customers.
Functional experience in product devel opment in Automotive domain.
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), DevOps, Continuous Integration and cloud technologies
Working experience with Agile approaches LeSS, SAFe, Kanban is required.
