Telesales Representative

Job Overview:


As a Telesales Representative, your primary responsibility is to identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective cold calling and lead generation.

You will be tasked with collecting leads from various sources, utilizing sales scripts, and maintaining a focus on achieving daily and monthly calling targets.

The role involves collaborating with the sales team, ensuring the activation of channel partners, and achieving business targets aligned with Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Cold Calling for New Business Opportunities:


  • Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects through cold calling efforts.
  • Implement effective strategies to engage potential customers and generate interest in company products/services.

Lead Collection:


  • Collect leads from diverse sources, including online platforms, agencies, existing customers, and Area Sales Managers (ASM).
  • Utilize a variety of channels to gather leads for potential business opportunities.

Utilize Sales Scripts:


  • Employ sales scripts provided by the company to effectively communicate product or service offerings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and objections in a persuasive manner to drive sales.

Lead Generation for Appointments:


  • Generate promising leads for field sales and agencies, focusing on fixing appointments to enhance sales opportunities.

Feedback & References Collection:


  • Conduct followup calls for feedback and references from customers and agencies.
  • Use feedback to improve sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Meeting Targets:


  • Maintain a consistent focus on daily and monthly calling targets, including call volume and sales goals.
  • Regularly report progress and challenges to the sales management team.

Channel Partner Management:


  • Ensure the activation and performance of all channel partners.
  • Monitor and support channel partners to maximize business opportunities.

Achieve Business Targets:


  • Work towards achieving business targets set in alignment with KRA and KPI.
  • Implement strategies to overcome challenges and drive sales growth.

Team Collaboration:


  • Provide support and collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve common objectives.
  • Share insights and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

10.


Customer Relationship Building:


  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain a customercentric approach in all interactions.

Required Skills:

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
