Job Summary:


As an Operations Executive at The Chemical Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of sales orders and invoices.

Responsibilities:

Sales Order Processing:


  • Receive and review sales orders from customers.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse personnel to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Update the order management system with relevant information and status updates.

Invoice Management:


  • Generate accurate invoices based on sales orders and pricing agreements.
  • Crosscheck invoice details against sales orders and customer contracts to ensure consistency and correctness.
  • Communicate with customers regarding invoice discrepancies or paymentrelated inquiries.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.

Punctuality and Timeliness:


  • Adhere to strict deadlines and timelines for order processing and invoicing.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering results on time.

  • Conduct all duties with honesty, integrity, and transparency.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive data with the utmost discretion.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service roles preferred.
