oles and responsibilities:
- Work in back-office operations team to process the enquires / requests / complaints from clients within defined timeline
- Detail oriented, thorough in analyzing and interpreting data
- Agility to learn and work in cross domain process
- Ability to achieve daily / weekly / monthly KPIs
- Proven knowledge of computer operating systems i.e. MS-Excel along with good keyboard skills
- Experienced in BFSI/trading industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Be punctual & discipline
Qualification:
- Min. 1 year of experience in back office / similar roles in BFSI Industry
- Graduate in any domain
