Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  • As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales deals.
  • You will need to have a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and keep uptodate with industry trends.
  • Your daytoday responsibilities will include prospecting and qualifying potential clients, conducting property showings and presentations, and negotiating contracts and deals.
  • You will need to maintain strong relationships with clients and be able to handle objections and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • You will be expected to have excellent communication and customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience to clients.
  • In this role, you will be expected to meet sales targets and work to achieve personal goals.
  • Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • To take ownership of all the leads & religiously follow them for desired closure.
- o keep thoroughly abreast with competition & their activities including current pricing, offers, special features of the project & any other relevant information helpful for sales

  • Seek help & regular information from CRM & Marketing department to ensure relevant feedback to the customers

Skills Required:


  • Excellent Business Communication.
  • MS Excel.
  • Ability to get along with the team.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Graduation
  • Full time.
  • 2 years + exp in front line sales in aviation, BFSI, Hospitality etc.

Salary:
₹400, ₹800,000.00 per month
