    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with our e-commerce partners,

    including major online marketplaces, to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.

    2. Communication: Maintain regular communication with e-commerce platforms, resolve issues, and

    ensure product listings are optimized for visibility and sales. Address customer inquiries and provide

    excellent service.

    3. Data Analysis: Utilize Excel to analyse sales data, track KPIs, and generate reports to make

    informed decisions. Monitor and improve the performance of product listings.

    4. Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory levels to ensure product availability, reduce

    stockouts, and optimize fulfilment processes.

    5. Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional

    activities and campaigns on e-commerce platforms.

    6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform guidelines and policies, staying

    updated on any changes.

    Requirements:

    1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster and maintain partnerships.

    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

    3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    4. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
