Roles and Responsibilities_

  • Handle administrative functions
  • Manage and Maintain files, documents, records, Registers, office equipment, office premises
  • Handle office keys when required
  • Submit Daily, Fortnightly and Monthly MIS
  • Handle office based engagements and branch administration
  • Coordinate internal and external calls, video calls, communication and be involved
  • Provide support in administration interface and to accounts team where required
  • Communicate with employees and clients as per instruction
  • Inter Branch internal coordination and documentation
- maintenance of admin records and trackers
- software tool updation

  • Responsibility taking ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Capability to certify own work
  • Initiative and self motivated
  • Very Good in English Communication speaking, writing and reporting

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
