Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of a Operation Executive in Mohali.

The Operation Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, Telecalling, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Operation executive will also be responsible for monitoring branch performance, developing and implementing branch strategy, and achieving business targets.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the Loans or financial industry
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Bachelor's degree
