As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services, generate leads, and facilitate sales.

You will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective communication and persuasion.


Minimum Experience Required: 0-2 Yrs

• Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers based on provided lists or databases.
• Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and guide potential customers through the sales process to achieve sales targets.
• Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences, preferences, and needs to inform product/service improvements and marketing strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers, including call logs, contact information, and outcomes, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with colleagues, including sales and marketing teams, to align strategies, share insights, and optimize results.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Proficiency in verbal communication with a clear and articulate speaking voice. Ability to convey information persuasively and effectively.

Customer Service Orientation:
Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.
