Description

• Completing specific tasks to contribute to a larger construction project.
• Estimating costs for materials and labor to share with clients.
• Working independently with little or no supervision.
• Acts as official company and contracts management representative regarding legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulations
• Works independently on complex business issues requiring development of solutions, interprets policies, procedures and practices and is responsible for enforcing these policies internally in Subcontractor relationships
• Responsible for Subcontracts & NPI Sourcing across the BendixKing Strategic Business Unit
• Manage material sourcing from cradle to grave to ensure ontime delivery of orders at all stages of product life cycle
• Manage the supplier relationship from early engagements with Engineering and Marketing through holding the supplier(s) accountable to milestones, deliverables and contracts during development and through life cycle of the product
