We're in search of a dynamic Social Media Marketing Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience to join our team.

As the coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in implementing social media strategies, crafting engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our brand presence across various platforms.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to contribute to our marketing initiatives and drive meaningful engagement with our audience.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies to meet marketing objectives and increase brand visibility.
  • Generate compelling content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy, tailored to resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage daytoday activities on all social media channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand representation.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a sense of community around our brand.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, analyze performance data, and generate actionable insights.
  • Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
  • Support the planning and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing, and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in social media marketing, with a demonstrated track record of managing social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and maintain brand voice across platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with crossfunctional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
