8) Job OverviewAs a Business Head-Pet Food, you will focus on developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets.
You are responsible for preparation and implementation of business plan including selection of team, vendor selection and setting up supply chain, meeting annual sales targets, building relationships and understanding consumertrends.
The role also involves Business Development, Brand Strategy, Brand Management, Marketing Budget, Strategic Marketing Planning & Distribution development and achieving yearly sales target.

10) Job Role & ResponsibilitiesLiaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistencyNew product development, process & product implementationPerform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunitiesResolving problems, identifying market trends, competitors share in market, strategy, determining system improvement, implementing change.
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvementsDrives practices to ensure brand visibility and market penetration.Develop strategy, sales infrastructure (IT, systems, reporting), and operational sales plan for the companyConduct market research, fine-tune product positioning and drive the launch of the products Business growth and customer satisfaction.
