Your field of responsibility
Be part of OT QA family to handle Quality assurance along with enhancing the overall Automation coverage.

Leading organizational change: ability to handle the successful and smooth transition from current to desired culture, practices, structure and overall organizational environment
Responsible for overall quality, coding standards of the automated suites and being able to understand the context and detail behind the change and translate them to effective Test objectives and strategies
A creative, analyticalthinker with track record in influencing senior decision makers, with an ability to drive service and process adoption across both IT and the business
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and cando attitude who has the affinity to build positive relationships through good partner management combined with strong client skills to deliver needsbased solutions and a bestofclass client experience
Must have an open and team oriented attitude showing flexibility, initiative and a high sense of responsibility
Profound knowledge and proven track record covering all testing fields (e.g., test leadership across large programs, test automation, functional, regression & performance testing)
Experience in drive E2E testing / UAT.

Your skills and experience

4+ years' proven experience as Senior Test Automation Lead in a financial institution or comparably large organization with Proficient functional testing & automation coding experience
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time under pressure with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
Outstanding track record in ability to drive and implement efficiency in decisions

Required Skills:

Selenium Page Object Design Pattern
BDD framework using Cucumber/Java/Selenium
TestNG Framework using Java and Selenium
Core Java/Collections/Exception Handling, and File Handling
XML file handling using Java
Maven life cycle and plugins
Unix commands
Ability to interact with the Linux server (log file/handling/manipulation) using Java components (for example, JSCH, etc.)
Data base testing using simple and sophisticated queries and should be able to write complex queries using various join clauses
Outstanding Functional Testing fundamentals including experience in Agile project delivery
Experience in managing testautomation project and positive delivery encompassing project management responsibilities like Partner Management, Risk Management, Cost Management, Status reporting to senior management and Line Management
Experience in implementing automationfeasibility analysis, creating POCs, defining Automation ROI, KPIs and metrics.
Banking knowledge especially Securities and Settlement processing would be advantageous
Strong experience in test strategy, test plan, test design, test execution traceability matrix, test report and ensure usage of tools for optimization
Proficient in bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, GIT, Jenkins, HP-ALM, X-Ray)

Nice to have:

Proficient knowledge in Python scripting
CI-CD pipeline
Hands on exposure to IBM Mainframe would be advantageous
