Key Responsibilities:
● You will be responsible for overlooking the channel service for Bangalore Operations
● Compliance with Service Quality Audit to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
● Manage Warranty reconciliation & approvals.
● Responsible for VOR TAT reduction.
● Be a point of contact for Customer complaint redressal
● Setting up initial workshop operations & ensuring workshop readiness.
● Responsible for Daily operational tasks Service Retention, NPS, Service Appointment penetration, Service TAT reduction.
● Recall/Field Fix completion.
● Promote VAS, Merchandise & Accessories sale.
● Ensure all manpower are technically trained beforehand on Service SOPs and adherence to process
● Responsible for Spares target achievement & maintenance of core parts inventory.
Ideal Candidate:
● B.E/B. Tech /M. Tech with 5+ years of experience in service operations preferably from a automotive background
● Excellent communication skills and people skills
● Excellent leadership and man- management skills , Excellent interpersonal skills, Ability to manage dealership operations.
