About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Patient Care Executive to join our growing Medical Equipment department. This unique role combines your dedication to patient well-being with your sales expertise.
You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calls, focusing on providing exceptional driving sales of our innovative medical equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed call records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (medical device sales a plus).
- Preferred science background.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
- A passion for patient care and improving healthcare outcomes.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- A positive and resultsoriented attitude.
Pay:
Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
