Organization Structure

Purpose of the role:


  • Provide administrative support to Head Corp.
    TQM in the discharge of his responsibilities - within SRF and in external forums and bodies
  • Handle routine administrative aspects of the functioning of the Corp.
    TQM function, with interfaces across businesses and departments across locations
  • Administratively manage the soft assets and content of the function on its online platforms, enabling further creation and promotion of online content

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support Calendar management, arranging routine meetings and monthly/quarterly reviews etc.
  • Organise travel arrangements
- domestic and international, including visa, hotel and cab booking support


  • Make and renew subscriptions to periodicals, with timely renewals
  • Manage and improve physical and online organisation and storage of
    TQM content and documents on the SRF
    TQM sharepoint portal
  • Act as a coordinator for 5S and Kaizen activities for the Gurgaon HQ
  • Coordinate training activities - scheduling, communication and follow-ups for effective management of multiple programs
  • Manage databases and portals - eg Execution Themes, PSP Blue, PSP Silver, and generate monthly and period-end reports, coordinating with
    TQM Heads and members across units
  • Create online question banks and examination/tests for specific programs
  • Liaise with external Quality bodies and groups where
    TQM Head is a member
  • Prepare the annual departmental budget, create POs, prepare period-wise expense reports
  • Help prepare and coordinate plans and activities for running key events like Annual Themes Convention and other campaigns or HQ specific events
  • Manage the physical
    TQM library and library app
  • Coordinate with service providers, consultants and external partners or vendors for program or module content development and admin aspects of scheduling and payments
  • Support in day-to-day activities through preparation of presentations and data, and other support activities

Specifications:


Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline

Additional certifications related to IT skills will be a distinct advantage


Nature of experience& skills required
Strong communication skills, spoken and written English language abilities

Strong interpersonal skills - able to interface across departments and hierarchical levels

Knowledge of basic data handling

Experience in vendor management or negotiation preferred


IT and related skills:

  • Significant strengths in MS Office suite
  • Word. Excel, PPT, Teams. Must be able to work independently to create reports and presentations with written or spoken inputs
  • Handson experience in working on online content or material, good familiarity with portals (intranets)
  • MS Forms for creating questionnaires, surveys etc preferable
  • MS Power Apps preferable

Duration of experience
3-5 years of experience, working with or supporting senior or top management


Salary:
Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
