- Proactivelyasking for customer feedback or product reviews via Email and othertechniques and keeping a track of the same
- Review request email campaigns using CRMsoftware specialized for Amazon and othermarketplaces.
- Handle customercomplaints.
- Will be responsible forresponding to customer s web reviews regarding onlineorders
- Respond to customerquestions on products features and technicalspecifications
- Addressing to customer concerns/ complaints and convince the customer to withdraw the negativereview.
- Understanding the clients problems andgiving the best solutions to them and if necessary escalating theissue to management.
- Coordinate with managementin Canada to on technical details of products feedback guidance onresponding.
- Compilereports on overall customersatisfaction.
- Excellent inEnglish communication written &verbal.
- Must have 7 years of proven experiencein customer service role preferably in the same field mayapply.
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate mayapply.
- Experience of working with CRM softwarelike feedback whiz or like will be addedadvantage.
- Must have experience of working in ahighly competitive time bound and deadlines driven workingenvironment.
- Must have the ability to flourishwith minimal guidance be proactive and handle manyprojects/assignments at the same time.
