From the procurement of raw materials to shipping the finished product

In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in supporting our logistics operations by handling both financial and logístical tasks.

Responsibilities:

Accounts:

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing
Generate reports on logisticsrelated financial activities

Logistics:

Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Track and trace shipments
Manage carrier relationships and negotiate rates
Assist with customs clearance procedures (if applicable)
Maintain and update logistics databases
Identify and resolve any logístical discrepancies

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with logistics software a plus
