We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Telecallers.

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating interest in our offerings.

You will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, addressing their queries, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and keep up-to-date with any changes or updates.
  • Update customer information and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and feedback.
  • Provide timely feedback to the team lead regarding customer interactions, trends, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.

Salary:
Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
