We are in search of a
Marketing & Sales Manager with a dynamic and energetic personality with a strong focus towards company's development.

Responsibilities & Duties

Identifying new prospects and business opportunities
Coordination with marketing team on sales planning,forecasting and creating shortterm and longterm business development plans
Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies
Maintain company's presence in top schools,colleges and other educational centres
Visiting colleges and schools, meeting students and management, to promote our career Guidance programs & workshops and other promotional activities.
Building relations with clients and promoting with other business associates
Knowledge of Digital Marketing.

Managing campaigns on various platforms on social media

Increasing brand visibility online & offline
Social Media marketing

- coordinating internal marketing and managing campaigns on social media, understanding various social media platforms and creating more frequent presence to our audience and monitoring the analytics and submitting the reports( monthly /fortnightly)

Creating Blogs on related topics our achievements, creative career opportunities and posting on Quora and other platforms.
Initiating other activities in the campus, during cultural fest, so students are aware of our vocational education in creative domain.
Looking over overall maintenance of website & other online portals.
Fluency in English,Hindi,Marathi

Required Qualification :
MBA from a reputed institute

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
