Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, passionate & competitive Tele Callers.

The Tele Caller would be responsible for influencing potential students to enroll in our courses (Degree, Diploma, and Certificate) & play a key role in increasing admissions.

This is not a target based job.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Cold calling on data provided.
  • Calling on verified leads to convert them for admission.
  • Proper Follow up with students and parents on daily basis.
  • Coordinating with the administrative staff for smooth enrollment of the student in the college.
  • Coordination with center head.
  • Must Report to center head and management daily.
  • Need to provide information to students about all the courses provided by the college and to convince them.
  • Handling of day to day telephonic and walkin inquiries.
  • Responsible for admission process & documentation and collecting the fee.
  • Managing the MIS report on a day to day basis & sending daily performance reports to the centre head.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in any field.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Good Convincing skills.
  • Must be open to learn new things & adapt accordingly.
  • Hardworking.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Indore,

Madhya Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
