Job Summary:


As a Store Executive in Property Management, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the property's stores, ensuring seamless operations and providing excellent service to Client.

This role involves overseeing inventory, coordinating maintenance supplies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain a well-functioning property.


Responsibilities:


Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of all property-related inventory and supplies.

Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of necessary items.

Regularly assess stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.

Quarterly Auditing of stock.


Tenant Interaction:
Respond to client requests related to maintenance and supplies promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with PMSI team to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.


Maintenance Support:
Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure they have the necessary supplies and equipment.

Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance needs.


Vendor Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms.

Ensure vendors comply with property regulations and standards.


Record Keeping:
Keep detailed records of all transactions, purchases, and interactions with vendors.

Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, usage, and expenses.

Should be able to work on tools like SAP, Welproc, ERP for generating the PR, GRN.


Salary:
Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
