People Operations Partner

Roles & responsibilities:


  • Offer Letter Release:
  • Review and finalize offer letters prepared by the team.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders to ensure accuracy of offer details.
  • Effective communication towards handling end to end activities.
  • Employee Profile Creation:
  • Maintain necessary information and documentation from newly hired employees, including personal details, employment history, educational background, and identification documents.
  • Input and update employee information accurately in the HR database or management system.
  • Coordinate with IT department for system access and setup.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Skills & Qualifications required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (68 Years) in HR administration or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
