Description

Trainer Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Need to conduct operation training for every new joined.
2.

7 days of observation period agents will be under the monitoring of the trainer and he/she will be giving the feedback for further process.


  • Need to monitor basic hygiene, on time login and discipline of the employees.
  • Liaise with managers/Team leaders to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • Conduct product knowledge test, dipcheck as on when required.
  • Conducting and being a part of call calibration sessions with operations and quality departments.
  • Performance reports need to be maintained and the statistics to understand and insights should be provided to improve where it's lacking.
  • Monthly Training conduct.

Salary:
Up to ₹360,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
