- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Handling the customer calls
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Prepare agreements
- To coordinate with the Marketing team for Marketing activity.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Lead Management
