Responsibilities:

Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage client communications, appointments, and transactions efficiently.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Valid real estate license in [state/province/country].
Proven track record of success in real estate sales with 35 years of experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of local real estate market dynamics and trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
