    Description

    Infosys Knowledge Institute (IKI), the research and thought leadership arm of Infosys, helps industry leaders develop a deeper understanding of business and technology trends through compelling insights. Our researchers and subject matter experts provide a fact base that aids decision making on critical business and technology issues.

    Our team is looking for a Marketing Analyst to work on the Knowledge Institute's marketing strategy and execution to promote thought leadership and increase our reach and key growth outcomes for the target audience. The ideal candidate is a marketer at heart who is also highly organized with good project management skills and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Role responsibilities:


    • Execution of marketing projects: Collaborate across teams to execute the marketing strategy to achieve goals across content distribution, publishing operations and marketing analytics


    • Content curation: Organize and curate Knowledge Institute content for promotion across platforms like social media, email newsletters, live events, virtual events, and internal campaigns


    • Production oversight: Design and automate publication workflow to oversee content projects and manage stakeholder relationships across the publishing value chain


    • Analytics reporting: Partner with corporate marketing for efficient marketing analytics data flow between systems to report upwards and support leadership meetings using informative dashboards and actionable insights from data


    • Internal branding: Enhance the Knowledge institute brand across internal channels (employee app, learning tools, AI assistant, Sales assistant etc.) for thought leadership insights discovery and engagement


    • Market research: Aid the Knowledge Institute goal of being the #1 thought leadership brand in the market via research and reporting of branding opportunities, competitor activities and benchmarking, technology updates that impact and resources or tools that enhance marketing goals

    Skills and requirements:


    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication


    • Project management: Ability to organize, execute and report on marketing projects


    • Analytical mind: An orientation towards data and ability to drive actionable insights from it


    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Owning relationships with multiple stakeholders for project alignment


    • Marketing knowledge: Well versed in regular marketing tools, platforms and systems


    • Consumer mindset: Understanding of target audience persona and expectations


    • Research aptitude: Ability to research best practices, competitor analysis and update oneself on marketing trends

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's/master's degree in communications, marketing, or related study.


    • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, social media, digital, and/or content marketing roles
