Description
Responsibilities:
- Designing and managing multiple OnPrem Exchange and O365 Mail service
- Scripting and Powershell for O365 bulk migration, activity O365 Users and Group Creation and permission management
- Experience with PowerShell and Scripting
- Effective handling of O365 Compliance Requirements
- O365 to O365 user migration or any other tenant to O365 migration
- Mail security configuration such as AV, spam filtering, etc
- Good Administration Knowledge on MS SharePoint, TEAMS, Onedrive and other O365 tools
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, to include Server 2012 and 2016/19 operating systems
Primary Skill Set
- Office 365 and Mails Services

- Fluent in English.
- Good verbal and Written Communication
- Good Team player work with senior team members, conduct technical session, mentoring L1 / L2 team members
- Ability to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Selfmotivated and result oriented.
- ITIL Awareness.
- Exposure to ticketing tool
- Exposure to monitoring tool
- Expected to work on rotational shift as per the organizational needs and be available to be on
Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in managing Office 365 and Mails Services
Soft Skills:
- Good/Excellent Communication Skills (Speak, Read, Write)
- Team player, Self-Starter and resourceful
- Analytical & problemsolving skills
- Ability to achieve customer satisfaction
- Willingness to Continually Learn
- Team Player & People Management Skills
Education:
- 15 years of formal education from UGC recognised institution.
