POSITION - Business Development Executive (IT Online Bidder)

Description:
IT online bidder/BDE who will be responsible for

excellence. Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to

understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses whilst working to

deadlines and targets.


Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Online Bidder with a successful track record.
• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using online bidding platforms and other relevant tools.
• Comfortable working the night shift to cater to international clients.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to business development strategies.
• Sound knowledge of IT terminologies

Responsibilities:

• Generate business through online portals like Upwork (must), Freelancer etc.
• Find the right jobs and write proposals for them
• Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions
• Estimate the project price based on the requirements gathered
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition
• Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
• Bidding on Upwork and other freelance portals on daily basis to acquire projects and converting those

projects into long term sales

• Must have experience with Mobile and Web Development companies.

Experience: 1+ Years

Shift Timings: 09:30 pm to 6:30 am, Night shift

Notice Period:
Should be immediate or 20 days

Pay:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
