Description
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
As an Office Coordinator, you will be crucial in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and direct them accordingly
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate individuals
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring items are stocked and ordering when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing them
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct basic research and compile data as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field would be a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fastpaced office environment

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
