Looking for 1-3 yrs experience into Sales. Industry preference should be from FMCG/ nutrition bars, powders & drinks.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring coordination with the distributor and timely deliveries of the purchase orders to the stores.
  • Maintaining weekly inventory & sales reports.
  • Settling claims & outstanding with the distributor on monthly basis.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the general & modern trade channels to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Understands the overall market competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
  • Ensure that the company's products are prominently displayed and easily accessible within modern trade outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in the modern trade sales process.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's presence within the territory by identifying potential new accounts or partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/ undergraduate.
  • Proven experience in field sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
