We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team at an Immigration Consultancy office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and provide a positive and professional first impression of the company.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Manage the front desk, including handling deliveries, and maintaining the reception area.
- Schedule client appointments
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
- Follow office policies and procedures and ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Graduate or equivalent
- 12 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment.

₹100, ₹300,000.00 per year
