Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team at an Immigration Consultancy office.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and visitors and provide a positive and professional first impression of the company.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Manage the front desk, including handling deliveries, and maintaining the reception area.
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow office policies and procedures and ensure a safe and clean working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:


  • Graduate or equivalent
  • 12 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹100, ₹300,000.00 per year
