Requirements:

What do we need?
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Associate Architect who will build revolutionary products for digital health companies.

This will include working closely with clients, requirement gathering, building front & backend, defining data structures and running quality assessments.

This role will enable the person to work closely with Vinitha Rao - our Delivery Head.

You will have the opportunity to create global digital health products

Engineering Outcomes

Work with databases, servers, APIs, version control systems, and thirdparty apps.
Driving technical decisions and ensuring that software development processes and best practices are followed.
Lead agile practices for development and quality delivery.
Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, approaches, and architectures in the development world.

Client and Stakeholder Management

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage project timelines.
Driving technical projects and providing leadership in an innovative and fastpaced environment
Work to help our Delivery Head with the technical artefacts (Design doc templates / NFR's / Coding Standards / Best Practices / Unit testing framework etc)
Lead, motivate, and mentor team members in achieving project and organizational goals

Key Skills and Qualifications

Experience 8+ years of Technical experience with the below skillset
Skills Requirements
Must have been a fullstack tech lead (.Net /.Net core / C# / ASP.Net / React or Angular / Microservices / MS SQL Server or MYSQL / HTMS / JavaScript / Agile / AWS or Azure / GIT )
Proficient in both backend and frontend technologies.
Must have worked on technical solutions and designing the same.
Must have customer interaction experience.
Can document technical flows
Strong healthcare domain expertise
Proficiency in DevOps practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, and automated deployments
Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or similar IT background or equivalent practical experience
