Role and Responsibilities
Abiliy to work on Accounts Production, UK Tax returns, Understanding on iXBRL, UK GAAP ,
UK Payroll. IFRS UK Accounts Finalisation
- Financial Statements Preparation, Analysis & Reporting
- Client On Boarding and Transition
- Team Management
- Project Planning and development
- Risk Management
- Client Management
- Process Improvement Cost reduction Strategies
- Quality Assurance and Control
- Negotiation Skills and Problem Solving Skills
- Facilitate Client Accounting & tax Compliance
- Troubleshooting Accounting Issues
- Quality of work and Client review
- Client work Delivery
- Team training on new Client
- Getting new work through existing Client
- Time sheet & Reporting
- Client Work Time estimates
- Preparation of client work Process
- Value added Services to clients including reports etc.
- Cross training
- Learning New Software
- Planning, assigning, and directing work.
- Training and appraising performance.
- Addressing and resolving issues
- Team administration and staff development.
- Team Motivation
- Review of team members' work
- Disciplining employees**
salary - 40k to 70k
Experience - 4 to 10 year
