Roles and Responsibilities
- Undertaking Risk control activities covering all products across the Retail platform within the allocated territory comprising of branches
- Product HL and Lap
- Conduct periodic branch process reviews of the allocated branches.
- Predisbursement sample verification for predefined parameters
- Identify early default cases for scrutiny to ascertain reasons for delinquency
- Conduct postdisbursement sample verification covering borrower visit.
- Detection and investigation of frauds.
- Periodic checking of business practices to ascertain compliance with guidelines.
- Coordinate with RCU agencies for conducting risk verifications.
- Mentoring field as well as agency RCU team in conducting verification
