Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist senior architects in all phases of architectural projects including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Work with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Attend site visits and meetings with clients and contractors.

Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in an architectural firm.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Software Requirements:


  • AutoCAD
  • Sketchup
  • V-Ray/Lumion
  • Photoshop
