Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to support our marketing and sales team in developing effective sales strategies and campaigns.

As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in maximizing company profit by attracting and retaining customers, increasing brand visibility, and achieving revenue targets in the competitive ecommerce industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, refine, and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to assess current market trends and brand awareness.
  • Organize and execute market research initiatives to gather relevant Sales insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partner organizations, large contractors, and industry professionals.
  • Collaborate in creating reports, company brochures, and other marketing materials to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Generate innovative marketing initiatives, such as social media campaigns, events, or collaborations, to engage our target audience effectively.
  • Ensure consistent corporate branding across all marketing materials to project a strong brand image.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing activities, collect metrics, and prepare performance reports.
  • Stay uptodate with market trends, analyse consumer behaviour, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure timely project completion and delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in a Marketing and Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and customerfocused.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other Digital Marketing tools.

Salary:
₹15, ₹220,000.00 per month
