Roles and Responsibilities:
- Helping build ground up a new business vertical at Plum. Think of a startup within a startup.
- Building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients through internal and external sources. Run concurrent campaigns to source such leads.
- Designing liability and asset insurance offerings for Plum's customers through market research and competitive benchmarking.
- Drive negotiations with insurance partners on creating comprehensive programs at the most competitive commercials for Plum's customers.
- Presenting Plum's products to clients in pitch meetings.
- Maintaining high levels of engagement with the client throughout the sales cycle.
- Owning the endtoend sales cycle for identified clients.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Has 14 years of Sales experience in an insurance company / insurance broking or worked in the finance domain.
- Has past experience in selling & managing liability and asset insurance.
- Has stellar written & verbal communication skills.
- Has the ability to operate in fastpaced, ambiguous environments.
- Proven track record of consistency in achieving targets.
