Administration Executive


Work Location:

Responsibilities:


Office Administration:


  • Maintain and organize office operations, ensuring a clean and wellorganized work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, including inventory management, procurement, and distribution.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Security:


  • Managing Security, Monitor All Security Registers
  • Maintain Courier Inward & Outward

HR Support:


  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and management, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
  • Maintain records of travel expenses and reconcile travelrelated invoices.
  • Contracts renewal (Security, Ac service, Pest control, Refreshment, housekeeping)
  • Night shift Cab monitoring

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil is required.
