Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:
Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with language learning objectives and student proficiency levels.

Integrate cultural aspects into lesson plans to provide a holistic language learning experience.

Instruction and Delivery:

Conduct engaging and interactive language classes using a variety of teaching methods and resources.

Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and active communication in the target language.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their language skills.

Assessment and Evaluation:

Design assessments to measure student progress and proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.

Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.

Individualized Support:

Offer additional support and assistance to students who require remedial help or personalized learning plans.

Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions to address specific student needs and learning goals.

Classroom Management:

Maintain discipline and order in the classroom while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Manage classroom logistics, including attendance, grading, and record-keeping.

Professional Development:

Stay updated on current trends and best practices in language teaching methodologies and pedagogy.

Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
Native or nearnative proficiency in English, French, Tamil, and Hindi.
Previous experience in language teaching or tutoring, preferably in a classroom setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching languages.
Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), or equivalent is a plus
