- This position is only for L4 Architect role in DWP Scaltech (1.) To drive defined technical initiatives and ensure agreed quality compliances are adhered to during implementation and Operations phase (2.) To effectively identify new projects and manage existing service improvement projects through proactive monitoring of project progress and systematic maintenance of project plans (3.) To facilitate demand for resources in project and ensure 100percent resource utilization for assigned projects through resource capability monitoring and performance management (4.) To exceed agreed SLA's for particular or all services tracks under SLM's scope (5.) To add value and ensure positive customer satisfaction through accurate implementation of technical solutions as per client specifications (6.) To manage PandL for client accounts and efficient transitiion services for tower
