Contract Administrator
Location:
Ramgarh & Dhanbad
Work Experience:4-5 years of experience working in a contract admin role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establishing a contract management framework
- Drafting RFPs/Tenders/Contracts for mining/machinery procurement/services procurement for the mining sector primarily
- Drafting letters/reports for contract compliance and management for clients for interaction with the owner
- Assess the contractual provisions and implications
- Monitor contract implementation and apprise management about deviations, claims, issues, etc.
- Scheduling cost control and claims management
- Revenue maximization strategies
- Dispute resolution support
- Work in a dynamic construction team under an allocated Project Manager on a variety of projects.
- Contract trade letting.
- Assist Site Manager with sitebased management tasks as required
- Liaise and administer subcontractors and suppliers from project commencement to end.
- Ensure all subcontract and supplier documentation adhere to the OH&S, Quality, and Environmental management plans.
Skills Required:
- Experience/exposure to the mining industry is a must
- Good MS Office skills & Communication skills
- Possess organizational skills for document control and file management
Pay:
₹20, ₹60,000.00 per year
