• Establishing a contract management framework
• Drafting RFPs/Tenders/Contracts for mining/machinery procurement/services procurement for the mining sector primarily
• Drafting letters/reports for contract compliance and management for clients for interaction with the owner
• Assess the contractual provisions and implications
• Monitor contract implementation and apprise management about deviations, claims, issues, etc.
• Scheduling cost control and claims management
• Revenue maximization strategies
• Dispute resolution support
• Work in a dynamic construction team under an allocated Project Manager on a variety of projects.
• Contract trade letting.
• Assist Site Manager with sitebased management tasks as required
• Liaise and administer subcontractors and suppliers from project commencement to end.
• Ensure all subcontract and supplier documentation adhere to the OH&S, Quality, and Environmental management plans.

• Experience/exposure to the mining industry is a must
• Good MS Office skills & Communication skills
• Possess organizational skills for document control and file management
