    Description

    Overview :

    As a React JS Developer, you will have a key role in crafting and implementing user interface elements using innovative approaches.

    Your main tasks will involve enhancing the front-end speed and efficiency and ensuring that all elements are developed and optimized effectively.

    This position is critical for our company's success as it directly influences the user interaction and overall functionality of our web apps.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Crafting new user-friendly features using React JS.
    • Developing reusable components and front-end libraries for future projects.
    • Converting designs and wireframes into top-notch code.
    • Enhancing components for optimal performance on various web devices and browsers.
    • Conducting code assessments and performance enhancements.
    • Collaborating with design and backend teams to connect with APIs.
    • Implementing polished, contemporary animations and transitions.
    • Keeping updated on the latest front-end technologies and methodologies.
    • Engaging in Agile practices and team collaborations.
    • Recognizing and promoting front-end best practices.
    • Ensuring validation of all user input before sending to the backend.
    • Composing unit and integration tests.
    • Resolving issues and debugging problems efficiently.
    • Guiding junior developers in their professional growth.
    • Contributing to the architecture and design of the overall application.

    Required Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Demonstrated expertise as a React JS developer.
    • Comprehensive understanding of JavaScript, encompassing DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
    • Proficiency in React JS workflows like Flux or Redux.
    • Awareness of the latest EcmaScript specifications.
    • Experience with data structure libraries.
    • Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
    • Familiarity with modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token.
    • Proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git.
    • Familiarity with common front-end development tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
    • Capability to comprehend business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
    • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, with a focus on responsive design.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies.
    • Excellent issue-solving abilities.
    • Sound understanding of SEO principles and ensuring compliance with them.
