Develop NLP / Machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and optimization.

  • Implement algorithms and methodologies to solve specific business problems, such as customer ticket clustering, capacity planning, sentiment analysis and anomaly detection etc.
  • Validate and finetune models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability using the welldefined industry metrics.
