Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide ontime admin & support assistance and ensure the expected solution.


  • Handling Travel desk

  • International & domestic air ticketing, Accommodation, Visa, IRCTC bookings, etc.
  • General administration along with HK support and management.
  • Taking care of Repair & maintenance.
  • Managing and handling liaisoning part with Local authorities, Municipal corporations, etc.
  • Petty cash handling for the given location and coordinating between branch & HO for smooth functioning.


  • Vendor Management

  • Managing and handling vendors, office HK & stationery requirements.


  • HK management

  • Handling all HK supplies, HK staff & support.
  • Repair & Maintenance
  • Overseeing all repair & maintenance, Renovation, and other civil work.
  • Coordination between HO & branch for smooth functioning.
  • Any recruitmentrelated assistance and coordination with HO.
  • Maintaining asset report, Petty cash report, and payment follow for Andheri (Both Marol & Chandak)

Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in commerce field.

Soft Skills:


  • Clear and effective communication to deal with various departments and internal stakeholders.
  • A strong focus on providing exceptional admin support to ensure smooth business operations.

Technical Skills:


  • Knowledge of MS Office is a must.
  • Knowledge of the Travel desk (International & Domestic) is mandatory.

Salary:
₹28, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
