English Lab Product Head

Job Summary:

The English Lab Product Head is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the English Lab product roadmap, which includes designing and delivering high-quality English language learning solutions.

This role requires a deep understanding of language learning trends and technologies, and the ability to balance customer needs and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the English Lab product roadmap to ensure the product meets the needs of customers and aligns with company goals.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to create and execute the product plan, including defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and identifying product metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, content, and marketing teams to build, launch, and scale the English Lab product.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the English Lab product meets quality standards and user experience expectations.
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.
• Manage the English Lab product budget and resources, including staffing, tools, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in BA/MA English, Literature, B.Ed or M.Ed in English specilization.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the education or language learning industry.
• Experience managing complex products with crossfunctional teams, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Strong knowledge of language learning trends and technologies, including digital and mobile learning, adaptive learning, and assessment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on learners around the world.

Working Conditions:

The English Lab Product Head typically works in an office environment and may be required to travel occasionally for meetings or conferences.

This is a full-time position. The role may also require some remote work, depending on company policies and the individual.
