Description
Record and classify received Incidents and undertake an immediate action in order to restore the failed IT
Service as quickly as possible

  • Ensure incidents are correctly allocated, categorized and prioritized as per the impact.
  • Compose outage notifications and ensure content is complete, clear, concise, and relevant to the
audience

  • Verify resolution with users, document troubleshooting steps & service restoration details to resolve
Incidents in ITSM tool

  • Manage & own the bridgecall endtoend and Escalate Incidents at risk of breaching Service Level
Agreement throughout the lifecycle

  • Ensure the root cause is tracked till closure & publish reports twice a week
  • Ensure the open Preventive Actions is tracked till closure & publish reports once a week
  • Associate Incidents with other records (i.e., Incidents, Changes, Problems, Root Cause, Known Errors, etc.)

Skills and Knowledge:


  • Experience: 1 to 3 years.
  • ITIL V3 / V4 Certification (Preferable)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Experience working with Ticket tools such as Service Desk (Manage Engine) & ServiceNow.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, multitasking and time management skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹400, ₹850,000.00 per year
